What is The Flat Cat?
The Flat Cat is the studio of Shir Knobler and Dor Zach — a couple in creativity and in life.
Our projects blend design, writing, creative and comedy — across animation, video, comics, social and more. We make them for cultural and media organizations, nonprofits, tech companies and commercial clients — and just for the fun of it. Clients and organizations we've worked with include Keshet, Kan, National Geographic, the Israeli Opera, 1202, the Society for the Protection of Nature, Halasartan, the Lioness Alliance and more.
In the past we wrote personal columns and the comic "Gender Shmender" for the magazine "Liberal". We also created the podcast "Dumb Teens" about 90s Israeli youth magazines.
We'd love to hear about your project — get in touch.
